this are called "Bang gali Roti" is translate from "Indian Roti", the bread is very soft in the inner part and have a hard crush on the outer layer.
This wonderful morning i drop by the roti bakar stall by the corner of Lorong Burma in Pulau Tikus, ordered my usual set of breakfast, two hald boil egg, Coffee, Roti Bakar, this is another stall that still use charcoal to boil their water for the hots drinks. When you mention about roti bakar this one realy is toasting the bread under the charcoal just right below the fire boiling the water.
