this is the famous tau fu fa stall located in the middle of Ipoh town. Guess what everyone have to line up for their share of soya drink or tau fu fa.
We stop by another location call "Tai Shu Kiok" or known as Under the big Tree a famous local food centre. Here is famous for the fried yong tau fu where is goes with either plain soup & kuih teow or Laksa soup & mee. Superb... taste great.. will be back for more... also at the coffee shop a famous drink is ice blend red bean which is really cooling under the hot sun... yummy...
The cave is located somewhere on the south part of Ipoh. Very cooling and windy, there is a garden inside the cave where the locals will go for a walk in the evening and morning.
tau fu fa here is serve with ginger sugar syrup, where it make the tau fu fa stand out from other tau fu fa taken so far. Is really refreshing...
Kum Kee Restaurant is another Great Place to Hang out for a good dinner in the evening in Ipoh. Is located direct opposite of the police station in Taman Pinji. come early if not sorry you have to wait for your seat. Food serve fast... we ate the famous dish in Ipoh "Tau Geh" Chicken, Fried Yong Tau Fu, Chicken leg & Fish Ball plus etc... one word WOW....
